Ralf Kolshorn


	Ralf Kolshorn, division manager for assembly, logistics and parts of bus chassis production since 2008, has worked in a number of fields and projects at MAN Nutzfahrzeuge, Salzgitter, Germany. After studying engineering he started as a motor vehicle expert at DEKRA AG, Stuttgart in 1986. He moved to MAN in 1991. Between 2000 and 2004 he was responsible for the production planning and the implementation of the MAN Production System in the truck assembly and logistic processes. A major project was the restructuring of the truck assembly including the doubling of capacity in conjunction with an increase in productivity of around 30%. In 2005, one year after creation of the logistics department, Ralf took over the position of the logistics manager to implement the functions of supply-chain management and corporate standards. zurück...
